We are also trying to benefit vendor by providing them customers for return journey ,thus offering better pricing to customers all the time.    This is helping us to challenge and change the industry led practice of charging two way prices for one way journey. Ultimately benefiting both vendors and our customers

2.      Do I have to create account to make a booking

No its not necessary but it’s advisable for the ease of booking or if you want to check   your bookings or account details.

3.      What are the benefits of your creating account on ?

As you will be able to look at your bookings at one place,  send us and vendor queries with regards to your bookings—in nutshell all your journey details in one place ?  Also you will be able to print booking confirmation as and when you want.

4.      Is there any charge for making a booking on

Yes, a minor admin charge will be added to the booking which will help us to provide you competitive pricing and sustain our business.

5.      I have sent a booking request or my requirement through your website How much time will it take to hear from you now?

We aim to revert back in 48 hours if your query is urgent please feel free to contact our office


1.      Can a vendor can use the website without creating an account?

No, Vendor has to register at our website and will be authorized by office . Its prerequisite for providing service through our website. Also they have to agree with our terms and conditions. We believe in keeping it fair to our customer and vendors thus this is prerequisite if a vendor wants to join and benefits from this initiative. 

2.      Can a vendor add or remove taxis through vendor control panel? What are other benefits of vendor control panel?

Yes vendor will be able to add taxis, confirm received bookings, check payment details and receive/ respond to customer queries. it got various report to make it easy and transparent


1.      What if I get technical problems with website?

We have checked all our pages and ensured this does not happen. But In case of any technical problem our office and technical team will be happy assist you. 

2.      Error coming on the pages or during booking process?

Booking related

1.      Do I need a print out of the booking

You need to produce proof of booking either printed copy of email confirmations or email on the registered address. Failure to do so driver may deny the services without any liability to refund the booking amount. Please carry a proof of identity like driving license, bank cards, pan card etc.

2.      Does the owner of the credit card with which the booking is made need to be one of the passengers?

Not necessarily,  A passenger can use any card to pay for the ticket, not necessarily their own. However, please note that the passenger in whose name the ticket is booked should carry a proof of his identity (along with the booking confirmation print out)

3.      I have lost my booking details or the email I have received from How to retrieve the booking details?

Please contact our office and after identification we will be able to resend you booking details to email address or phone number used to make the booking

4.      When I search on the my route is not coming on the result . What to do?

Unlike our competition we only display those routes on the search solution  which are available . But don’t worry send us our requirement and we will contact our vendors if they can offer taxis for your journey on our contract and pricing terms

5.      I have missed my cab will I get a refund?
